The pages are folded with the cover and staples inserted along the spine. Case bound is more suited for books more than 120 pages, this binding option produces a strong, excellent quality finish. The pages of the book are sewn together and then the cover applied to the spine of the pages. Plastic or wire binding is a versatile option for small documents that need pages to lay flat when opened such as cookbooks, presentations, manuals and reference books. This is an economical option for smaller documents that will have short‐term use.
